My Childhood Dream:

I'm not sure where I got the fantasy of becoming a business owner since my childhood. I may have gotten this from my parents' thoughts or been influenced by the concept of making more money. So I chose to pursue my education in B.Com International Business, and I really loved it.

My First Business Plan:

My first business plan was to identify real-world problems and requirements, and provide solutions by creating products that make life easier. I presented a couple of product plans at my college and intercollege levels and worked on my goal for around a year. I also participated in the Smart India Hackathon for two consecutive years, which helped me refine my products and ideas. However, due to a lack of knowledge, resources, support, funds, etc., I was unable to proceed with this journey. So, I had to drop the plan at the time, but I hope that someday in the future, this dream will come to fruition.

Digital Marketing Internship:

After conducting a SWOT analysis, I identified a gap in my skill set. Fortunately, I joined Visual Marketer, a digital marketing agency. Initially, I was responsible for basic email and SMS communication. However, with the support of talented colleagues, I was able to grow and develop my skills in areas such as ad copywriting, ad image design, landing page copy and design, and automations. Over time, I gained expertise in these areas.

Sales Game:

In November 2019, I participated in a live event focused on "Growing Your Business with Facebook Ads." Despite my lack of sales training and being a beginner in Facebook ads at the time, I managed to capture the audience's attention with impressive stats. My sales strategy involves being relatable, like the friendly neighborhood Spiderman, rather than emulating more serious superheroes. Since then, I've consistently achieved positive sales outcomes.

My Proud Game Changing Idea:

After conducting numerous tests and trials with both free and paid webinars, I found the results to be unsatisfactory. Drawing from my past projects and experiences, I put myself in the audience's shoes and realized what was missing in the sales funnel and why people were reluctant to make purchases. In my opinion, the two main reasons were trust and value. I concluded that a 60 or 90-minute webinar was insufficient to establish trust and provide enough value. Therefore, I devised a plan to extend the content over 5 days and sell it for Rs 499 as a mini-course model. This approach would allow the coach to build trust, deliver more value, and increase sales, creating a win-win situation.

After conducting my research, I proposed this model to Mr. Gopal Krishnan and Mr. Santhosh Govindasamy, the Founder and Co-Founder of Visual Marketer. They were enthusiastic about the idea and worked on refining it. Eventually, we presented it as a 5-day WhatsApp class model for Rs 499 and invested time and money to ensure its success. Currently, thousands of coaches have adopted this model and have made substantial profits. To my surprise, a few international coaches have also started following the same approach. Although credit goes to the team, I am extremely proud and happy to have played a role in this success.

Facebook Ads:

I have been studying Facebook ads for a while and started running ads in April 2020. Since then, I have been honing my skills every day. At the peak of my ad campaigns, I was spending an average of 40-50 lakhs per month.

Interns Training:

After being in digital marketing for exactly one year, I was given the responsibility of training four new interns, with an additional three interns joining in a couple of months. I trained them in sales, support, email marketing, SMS, and group management,etc

Leading a Team:

After performing well with Facebook ads, I was tasked with leading a team. I started with 6 clients and quickly increased that number to 15. I was the only person handling Facebook ads on the team while also training interns and providing support to my students.

Rarrow Marketer:

On February 24, 2021, I started my own digital marketing agency, Rarrow Marketer, as a solopreneur because I wanted to learn more and explore further. At Rarrow Marketer, I offered both high-ticket and low-ticket services. This included offering the lowest variant for free, a paid one for RS 49, and the highest variant for RS 7.5 Lakhs.

My Coaching Journey:

My coaching journey began when I was 20, or maybe a couple of months before that. It felt like being thrown into the sea to learn how to swim. Despite that, I was determined to succeed and achieve my goal of capturing the market and building my brand. In the beginning, I made a lot of mistakes, some of them quite terrible. However, with the help of the almighty God, I was blessed to have the right people and opportunities to test and improve my skills. Since then, there has been no turning back. I've reviewed over 1000 campaigns and worked with 100s coaches, managing massive ad spends.

My Consulting Journey:

I began my consulting journey on 01/01/2022, yes, it was exactly New Year's Day. While most people were relaxing and celebrating, I embarked on a new journey and acquired my first client for my consultancy business. So far in this journey, I have trained approximately 10 individuals and provided guidance and oversight for over 100 campaigns within my clients' teams. When it comes to consulting, it's not just about ads; it encompasses a complete business package including strategies, plans, funnels, landing pages, ads, automations, integrations, email, SMS, WhatsApp, support, sales, etc. Every strategy and plan is tailored to your business goals and not replicated from my previous client or randomly sourced from the internet. This is what sets me and my work apart.
